ここに原稿げんこうをセットして、それから枚数まいすうを数字すうじで入いれて、それから、このスタートボタンを押おすと、コピーが始はじまります.

Koko ni genkō o setto shite, sorekara maisū o sūji de irete, sorekara, kono sutāto botan o osu to, kopī ga hajimarimasu.

Set the original here, then enter the number of copies with the numbers, and then press this start button, and copying will begin.

When the original is also double-sided, press this button.

Karā kopī? Kono botan o osu to, karā ni narimasu yo.

Color copies? If you press this button, it will become color.

でも、カラーコピーは高たかいから、できるだけ白黒しろくろにしてください.

Demo, karā kopī wa takai kara, dekiru dake shirokuro ni shite kudasai.

But color copies are expensive, so please use black and white as much as possible.

上うえの右みぎの扉とびらを開あけて、棚たなのいちばん下した.

How do we arrange the tables?

丸まるいテーブルを9個こ出だして、3つずつ3列れつに並ならべてください.

Marui tēburu o kyūko dashite, mittsu zutsu sanretsu ni narabete kudasai.

Take out nine round tables and arrange them in three rows of three.

横よこに3つ並ならべて3列れつですね.

Yoko ni mittsu narabete sanretsu desu ne.

Three across and three rows, right?

で、後うしろにスペースをあけてください.

How should we prepare for the meeting?

上司(じょうし)

アリさんは、部屋へやのセッティング、西村にしむらさんは、資料しりょうの準備じゅんびをお願ねがいします.

Ari-san wa, heya no settingu, Nishimura-san wa, shiryō no junbi o onegaishimasu.

Ari, you handle the room setup. Nishimura, you prepare the documents. Ari, arrange the desks in a U-shape, and prepare the computers and projector. Nishimura, copy the documents for the number of people and place one copy on each desk.

アリさんは、部屋へやの机つくえをコの字じに並ならべて、それからパソコンとプロジェクタを準備じゅんびしてください.

Ari-san wa, heya no tsukue o ko no ji ni narabete, sorekara pasokon to purojekuta o junbi shite kudasai.

西村にしむらさんは、資料しりょうを人数にんずう分ぶんコピーして、机つくえの上うえに１部ぶずつ並ならべてください.

Nishimura-san wa, shiryō o ninzūbun kopī shite, tsukue no ue ni ichibu zutsu narabete kudasai.
